More Boca Raton Hotel Information

Hotel Entrance Gates:
Gates lead to the driveways of the Cloister/Tower/Mizner Center complex and to the Boca Beach Club (BBC). If you are not a guest of the Boca Raton Hotel, simply inform the attendant that you are attending the NCDEU Meeting for entrance to the facility.

Parking:
The current parking fees are as follows: Day Fee: $9.00 in/out to non-resort guests and $18.00 for overnight guest.

Luggage:
Luggage may be stored with the bell captain upon check-out.

Check Cashing Policy:
The front desk, located at either the Cloister or Business Center at Boca Beach Club (BBC), will cash up to $300 per day in personal checks for hotel guests. Guests must have a valid credit card on file and must be registered. Pay out will be based on telecheck approval. You must provide identification with an address and phone number that matches the address and phone number on the check. An ATM machine is located in the main lobby of the Cloister and the BBC.

Messages:
Messages may be left for meeting attendees during meeting hours. Callers should call the main hotel number and request the NCDEU Registration Desk. Messages will be posted on the MESSAGE/INFORMATION board at the NCDEU Registration Desk.

Dining:
The Boca Raton hotel offers a variety of restaurant choices, ranging from casual poolside to sophisticated gourmet dining. For further information or to make reservations, call the Boca Concierge Desk. For your convenience, during the days of the meeting, lunch buffets will be set up in the Mizner Center offering discounted food and beverages.

Room service is also available 24 hours a day.

Recreation:
The hotel’s recreational facilities include 18 clay-based tennis courts, four pools, and an 18-hole championship golf course on property, as well as an 18-hole championship golf course at the Boca Country Club, along with one pool, and basketball court. The Boca Raton hotel is offering discounts on the following:

   $15.00 off spa services of fifty minutes or more.
   15% off tennis court fees (for individual or group play, based on availability).
   15% off golf greens fees (for individual or group play, based on availability).

Children's Activities:
The Boca Family Fun program is a supervised daily recreational program available year round and geared specifically to each of three distinct age groups - Boca Tots (ages 3-5) and Boca Bunch (ages 6-11). Upon registering your child into one of their daily programs, you are given a beeper to ensure the safety of your child.  Morning, afternoon, and all-day sessions are available. Lunch is provided for an additional cost. Dinner prices vary according to selection. For further information and reservations, call the Boca Activities Department at 561-447-3071. Babysitting services are available by calling extension 2229 between 9:00 and 5:00 p.m. After hours, call extension 3700. All babysitters are screened and contracted by the Boca Raton hotel and are CPR certified. They are not affiliated with or endorsed by Infinity Conference Group, Inc. or the meeting sponsors.
