Wait List for Boca Raton Hotel

At this time, the NCDEU room block at the Boca Raton Hotel is filled and no rooms are available at the meeting rate. The hotel is maintaining a waiting list in case of cancellations. To be placed on this list, e-mail Jackie Burleigh at jburleigh@luxuryresorts.com, provide arrival/departure dates, name, and meeting registration confirmation number. Please note that this number is confidential and only for use by paid NCDEU registrants. The hotel will not accept your reservation or place you on the waiting list for the group rate without this information. Therefore, you must register for the conference prior to making a hotel reservation. If you make a reservation at an alternate property and are on the Boca’s waiting list, please read the overflow hotel cancellation policy.

More Boca Raton Hotel Information

**Rates are inclusive of daily service charge ($20.00) for bellmen and maid service. This fee resort includes unlimited local calls, unlimited 800 calls, daily access to high-speed internet service in their guestrooms, daily access to fitness center, daily newspaper, in-room coffee and tea, key lime coolers at check-in, internal resort transportation, and bellman gratuities for all luggage handling upon arrival and departure.

Boca Raton Hotel Deposit
The hotel requires a credit card deposit equivalent to one night’s room rate. Guaranteed reservations will be acknowledged by written confirmation from the hotel. The deposit will hold your room until 2:00 a.m. of the morning following your scheduled arrival date. Upon arrival, the deposit will be applied to the last confirmed night of the reservation. In the event of an early departure, the deposit is non-refundable unless the Boca Raton is notified prior to, or at the time of, check-in. In the event of a “no show”, the deposit will be forfeited and your room reservation will be cancelled.

Boca Raton Hotel Cancellation Policy
Individual room cancellation deposits are refundable, only if cancellations are phoned into 1-888-557-6375 (15) days prior to your scheduled arrival date. Cancellations and charges phoned into the Boca Raton Hotel should receive a code number as confirmation of notice.

Overflow Rooms

Overflow rooms have been blocked for NCDEU participants at the Bridge Hotel. This moderate property is located adjacent to the Boca Raton Hotel.  All
rooms are on the water and have balconies. The rate is $99 plus tax per night. Free shuttle service is available between the Bridge and the Boca Raton Hotels during the NCDEU meeting. To obtain a reservation at the group rate, please register for the conference first. Upon registering, you will receive a confirmation number and contact information for the Bridge Hotel. When calling the hotel, you must identify NCDEU and provide the registration confirmation number.

**A daily Hotel Service Fee of $10.00 per day + tax will be added to each room. The fee will apply to: Valet Parking, Water, Wireless Internet Access, Lobby, Coffee Service, Fitness Center/Sauna Access, Incoming Faxes, Beach and Pool Towels.

Overflow Hotel Reservation Cancellation Policy

IMPORTANT: In order to confirm your room reservation and ensure room availability to as many NCDEU participants as possible, hotels require 1 day deposit from each individual at the time a reservation is booked. The deposit is refundable up until 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival. Therefore, if you cancel your reservation less than 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, the deposit is non-refundable and you will be charged for two nights of your reservation. Please keep this cancellation policy in mind in the event a room becomes available at the Boca Raton Hotel.
